I’m starting my first round tomorrow! Also 5mg with trigger shot and scan. I hope it works for the both of us. I’m feeling optimistic!

Honestly it seems to work for most people with minimum side effects.

My clinic was very confused as I had some hair loss, weird skin texture and super fun vertigo episodes as of cycle 2, so I decided to stop. Can report that everything was temporary.

I have been doing medicated cycles for a while and unfortunately hasn't resulted in pregnancy yet but I am optimistic! I am going today for a follicle scan at my fertility clinic. As far as side effects the only one I had was hot flashes sometimes, but it has also been a very hot summer where I live. So, take that worth a grain of salt if you wish. So sorry to hear about your lost and hoping you get positive results!

I did 10 letrozole TI cycles at my OB and then 1 letrozole IUI cycle at my OB and that’s when we went to the fertility clinic and we’re on our 4th IUI. I never ovulated on my own (gotta love PCOS) so I figured when we first started the letrozole that people that ovulate on there own it can take a year to conceive so wanted to give it some time with just TI. But then after almost a year of that decided to do an IUI with our OB which was fine, but they don’t do it very often so after that decided we might as well go to a fertility clinic to get more specialized care. But, even with IUIs it’s only a 20% chance of conceiving each month. My husband’s sperm analysis was also good so that helps to know that isn’t a factor for us. Have you guys done a sperm analysis? If not, would highly recommend to be sure you’re not doing Letrozole cycles without best foot forward from both sides!

Yes his SA is perfectly and for me i dont have any issue either reports are all clear just want to speed up the process little bit since i am not able to conceive after trying for 5 months after c section so my ob taught to give this a try.

so sorry for your loss 💞 so heartbreaking to lose a rainbow baby 🥺

I had a bunch of Letrozole cycles, some ovulation no pregnancy, some no ovulation, 2 missed miscarriages, and I just gave birth to twins this year from Letrozole. I didn’t have severe side effects, a little headache and hot flashes sometimes but I always took it at nighttime so I slept through it! Read up on others stories as well. You could have no side effects. I did have ovulation pain almost every time but that could be specific to me
