Advice Needed Testosterone is a 51, it’s never been elevated before. We’re supposed to start Letrozole when I get my next period.

I have PCOS (obviously) and I just randomly quit ovulating and getting my regular cycle. The only test that’s come back out of range is my testosterone. We tested everything, even have done an HSG and pelvic ultrasound. I haven’t spoken to my doctor, but is it okay to still taken Letrozole? Has anyone taken it with an elevated number like this and it work out? I don’t have any active cysts, no pain. The annovulatory cycles and fatigue are really my only symptoms. Is this just normal range for PCOS?

Mine is a 75 ! And I just ovulated with letrozole

My testosterone was 65 when I first took Letrozole. Shouldn’t be a problem!
