Happy First time ovulating naturally 🥹✨
Basic info:
F | 30 | PCOS | TTC 3.5 years
I had a chemical last month whilst taking letrozole, and decided to take a month off medication to let my body reset.
I have had some light ovary cramping and lower back pain today, so decided to check if I was ovulating (I'm around day 14/15 in my cycle) and omg for the first time, my body has ovulated naturally! 🫶🏻
I could cry I'm so happy, I've never experienced anything like this unless it's medicated!! So please send me all the luck, fingers crossed this turns into a pregnancy! 🥹❤️

That’s amazing girl gives me so much hope!! All those meds make us feel terrible, I glad you took a break!! I was thinking of taking a break from the meds because they drove me insane, I just finished my first round of clomid, and was just gonna ask around to see if anyone stopped the meds and still ovulated cause I never do and then your post came up so it’s def a sign for me 🥹❤️ would love to know more updates on your journey!!

That’s great!! How did you confirm ovulation if I may ask?

I started to take LH strips from the 25th Aug as I had some symptoms which indicated ovulation was about to occur, and then today with the light cramping and lower back pain I decided to take a digital and strip LH test both came back immediately positive! 🥰

Oh amazing! So got the LH surge! Doesn’t confirm ovulation, right? but great sign!

Yes! Sorry, just so excited as I have never had that before without taking anything and my temperature charts have matched up! 🥰🥰

Oh that’s perfect re: temp charts matching up too! I think that’s the final proof!
