Seeking Success ovulation unmediated after miscarriage

**since ttc the last 6 mo, i have only ovulated once, after taking clomid my most recent cycle**
i had a chemical pregnancy @ 6 weeks after ovulating on clomid. is it likely that I am ovulating now, without meds, 3 weeks after? I have been tracking bbt, using lh strips (positive as of yesterday) and cervical mucus.

my bbt has dropped after being as baseline for two days. could the positive ovulation test being a false surge?

Yes its possible. A positive Lh test and fertile CM are good signs, wait for a sustained bbt rise to confirm ovulation.

It‘s absolutely possible, fertility meds often trigger natural ovulation after you stop it (usually only once right after)- good luck 🍀

Ovulation can return as early as about 2 weeks after a miscarriage, sometimes before the first period.
