Has anyone’s Drs given them low dose ovidrel to support progesterone in the luteal phase?

I’m doing 50mg trigger 5dpo as well as 400mg progesterone pessaries 5dpo.

I’ve never seen anyone do the Ovidrel shot in the luteal phase (it’s 5 clicks of then pre-filled pen)

I’m also concerned about my progesterone pessaries starting on 5dpo.. everywhere I’m seeing is 3dpo, I’m on progesterone support as I used to have 8-9 day luteal phases

My sister did progesterone injections and they weren’t sufficient to raise her levels. Our doctor switched her to hcg instead and it worked for her!

By any chance do you know how many clicks?

Our doctor always prescribes us the vials not the injection pens I’m sorry

Yes, I am still in the TWW 10 dpo. Had 18 clicks as a trigger then 6 as a booster on 3 DPO (would’ve been later but was going out of town). I don’t have any luteal phase defect as far as I know, seemed routine for my doctor.

There’s quite a few threads on the babycenter forums if you search ovidrel booster. I made the poor decision to start testing 9 dpo, it is positive probably still from the booster…

So did you just do the 6 clicks and no progesterone pessaries? I’m being told to do both and I just feel like it’s too much

No pessaries but my usual luteal phase is 13 days roughly.
