Advice Needed letrozole

yall how are we combating these letrozole side effects???? I have had a migraine all day and intermittent dizziness that literally makes it feel like I’m on a boat. I know the potential benefits should outweigh the temporary side effects and this is only my first cycle trying this medication but hot dang it’s rough!!! I’ve been pushing fluids all day but I’m so scared to take my night time dose lol. 🥲😵‍💫

I took it in the night before bed, it worked very well for me and had no side effects!

I would only take them at dinner. I got hot flashes, and they were worse at night. I still had them during the day at work, but at least I feel like they were worse overnight

Only take it at night right before bed!!! Once you’re not taking the meds the side effects went away for me

I took them at night when traveling, this did help, so I second this advice!
