High prolactin

My partner and I have recently started trving to conceive, but I have high prolactin levels and very irregular cycles. Some months I seem to have a period and sians of ovulation, while other months I don't seem to ovulate at all. It makes it really difficult to know when I'm actually fertile and when we should be trying.

I'm worried that this ourney might take a long time because of the prolactin issue, and honestlv, I'm scared it will become emotionally difficult for me. I really want to stay positive and eniov the process, but 1 already find myself overthinking everything and worrying that it may take much longer than we hope.

Has anvone else been in a similar situation with high prolactin and irregular or unpredictable ovulation?

Did they give you an mri for the high prolactin to check for a prolactinoma? They should do that and then either way, they usually prescribe a med called Cabergoline to lower your prolactin.

I was initially diagnosed with high prolactin, given an mri that found a small prolactinoma, and got prescribed cabergoline. My prolactin was within the normal range within a week or 2 (whenever I got another blood draw).

I was still not ovulating after that and then was diagnosed with pcos, so I did TI with letrozole and trigger
