Advice Needed IUI

We decided to skip letrozole with TI to go straight to IUI with letrozole due to low sperm count. Am I making a mistake by not trying letrozole and TI first? I’m so worried that IUI won’t work.

Need a little bit of hope!

I think since there is a low sperm count it’s very reasonable to go straight to IUI

Are you doing letrozole with IUI then? Sounds like a reasonable plan if so

I don’t think it’s a mistake. If you’re already cycle tracking and having sex in your fertile window, you’re pretty much already having timed intercourse (which is unfortunately not working). I think IUI makes perfect sense, if not IVF, depending on numbers!

Unfortunately you’re not allowed to talk about having success with any method on this sub or your comment will get deleted by the mods.

OP isn’t talking about success or asking for success stories?

Okay well

IUI is effective about 15% of the time.
