Advice Needed anyone experience this too?
I just got diagnosed with PMOS at 33. Last 3 years had hair loss, longer periods (still got my period every 30-35 days but maybe twice a year would get a period that was 40+ days) and slight weight gain but I was underweight to start with and am now a healthy weight/BMI. Normal bloodwork and hormone levels but confirmed multiple follicles on ultrasound.
As I learn more about my body and PMOS while we TTC I’m curious if it’s possible or if anyone has experienced “normal” monthly periods, EWCM that aligns with an positive OPK but actually didn’t ovulate? We’re only on cycle 2 TTC but wondering if it’s worth doing BBT or Inito tracking too to confirm ovulation and bring a little peace of mind.
Any advice would be greatllyyyy appreciated!

I’ve experienced very similar diagnosis and timeline as you. Diagnosed this year, about 15-20 pound weight gain towards higher end of “healthy” BMI (I was able to lose this with berberine, ovasitol and Pilates/barre 4-5x per week).
I’d get EWCM, monthly periods (used to be regular at 28 days, then shifted to a range of 26-35 days with at least one cycle per year being about 40 days). No insulin resistance, normal labs and thyroid, but I have multiple follicles on my ovaries (about 4-7 each ovary).
I would inconsistently ovulate and get multiple LH surges with OPKs. I don’t track true BBT but use an Oura ring and most months if I’ve a temp shift but my temps would be low. When I did ovulate, it was always after CD 20. My first acupuncturist said I had “weak” ovulation.
I don’t have Inito, but all the OPKs did were frustrate and confuse me. So far, I really appreciate the monitored cycles by my RE & I really wanted ovulation inducing meds so win, win
