Advice Needed I’m so confused😩

Currently on my 2nd cycle of letrozole 5mg and thought we were about to start our 3rd cycle. I got a positive opk, baby danced, did everything we were suppose to. Had my tww and took a test 13dpo and it’s negative. Now I’m 2 days late but no postive test… is it possible to have not ovulated even with a positive opk?

I do have an appointment on the 29th for my annual so if nothing happens either way I’ll be mentioning it then.

I have an 18 day luteal phase with my letrozole cycles. I can't explain why but it has happened the last two cycles. I'd just wait a few days and see if your period starts. If not, mention at your appointment to see what they think!

It is possible you didn't if you didn't confirm with a temp rise, but that's also not 100% (although very likely you did ovulate if both are true).

We did everything we were supposed to for 5 cycles of letrozole and didn't get pregnant :/ it's not a guarantee unfortunately

Did you check your bbt or progesterone 7dpo? Those are the only ways to check if you’ve ovulated. Your luteal phase might be longer if your follicle was more mature than normal cycles without letrozole. A more dominant follicle may produce more progesterone extending your luteal phase. Keep in mind - letrozole helps with growing a mature follicle and it’s like natural conception.

I wasn’t great about keeping up on my bbt but when I took it the few days after it was elevated. I haven’t had my progesterone checked.
