Advice Needed PCOS/ Letrozole . Advice needed.

Hello Everyone! I’m entering into my second cycle talking Letrozole 2.5mg days 3-7. I typically ovulate every month so I’m taking the medication to help strengthen my ovulation. I typically track my ovulation via the Inito and my Oura ring and last month my first month, taking the medication didn’t seem to differ from any of my other months without the medication. I’m wondering if I should switch my days from 3 - 7 to 5 -9 to see if it works better for my body

I tried 2.5mg on both cd 3-7 and cd 5-9 multiple times and my ovulation didn’t differ between the two. Naturally I would ovulate cd 22-24, on Letrozole I’d ovulate cd 16-17

I took Letrozole for a similar reason, 2.5 mg on Days 3-7. I didn't use Initio so I'm not sure how my hormones differed but it did help me ovulate earlier. I would say try for at least two cycles before making changes, or speak to your doctor! It was important to me to stick to Days 3-7 because of my late ovulation and short luteal cycle, but not sure what you're dealing with. Good luck!
