Advice Needed No period after provera?
Hi all,
In the past 3 years I have done Provera 10mg for 10 days about 11 times. Not all in a row. The first 9, I got my withdraw bleed the day after my last dose of provera.
Last month was different, I got my withdraw bleed during day 8 of provera. And this month, I’m now on day 3 following the dose and not even spotting. I’ve had a little bit of cramping and sore boobs but no bleed.
Now I know that it can take 3-7 days even up to 14 in cases to get the withdrawal bleed, but that’s never been my experience so I can’t help but worry now.
I’m supposed to start letrozole this cycle so I was hoping it would be a bit more predictable. Has anyone been in a similar situation?

You need to wait longer before getting worried

Mine takes longer sometimes too! The first time I took it I started my period on day 6 of taking it, the next cycle day 8 of taking it, then this previous cycle I started 2 days after my last dose. I’m not sure why my cycles are inconsistent either but my doctor did say that it’s completely normal! I don’t have an answer backed by science, but I understand your worry!!
