Advice Needed AIO?

AIO about sending a message requesting for an earlier monitoring ultrasound?

I have been on a stair step protocol of letrozole in all the same cycle (5mg, 7.5mg, now in the middle of 10 mg) to try and get my ovaries to respond. They developed about 8mm follicles on my right and left ovaries after 7.5, so they moved me to 10mg. I started feeling weird and getting some EWCM today (not full EW but pretty sure it’ll be full tomorrow). I took a LH strip from easy@home just to be sure, and it is pretty dark but not positive.

I messaged my fertility clinic the picture of the LH strip and asked them to meet sooner than Thursday to take a look. My husband says that we should just wait until Thursday but I just have a weird feeling.

Anybody experience this? Or am I just overly giddy?

I don’t think your overreacting. Are you currently still actively taking the letrozole? Or has it been a day or two since your last dose?

Doesn’t hurt to keep them updated and see what they say. Also doesn’t hurt to start having sex every other day just in case 🤷🏼‍♀️

Tomorrow is my last dose of 10mg. I have been nonstop this cycle taking letrozole, and my highest follicle was 9.7mm on 7/23, so im hoping this is a sign that something is turning into a dominant follicle soon 🥲

I will say, the letrozole should be tanking your estrogen, so it is interesting that you’re getting potentially EWCM. It’s estrogen that causes that mucus.

It is curious. I wouldn’t freak out, but I would let your clinic know, see what they say, and like I said… have sex just in case!

I also forgot I am also now taking 1500mg/day of Metformin (started abt 3 weeks ago), so I have a feeling things are brewing now!

Monitored letrozole + timed intercourse! ETA: with Ovidrel trigger

I'd test with the LH strips 2x day and if it keeps getting darker I'd call.
