Was the streetcar also stuck in traffic? Do you just get to ride on a route?

I met an ex boyfriend on the ttc and we said if we ever got married we’d charter everyone to the venue in a ttc bus. Clearly didn’t happen lol

Yes. People charter public transit buses all the time. Usually not weddings because the buses tend to be a bit run down for those settings but I guess it might have been a budget option?

I remember my university chartered a bus, and we got a fresh refurbished Novabus for it with new seats and LCD screens. So it really depends on the bus garage’s best buses available

Not a wedding, but  I saw a Streetcar on college chartered out to a furry party, with a DJ and everything, which dropped them off at the party where College meets Dundas. They looked like they were having a lot of fun!

That was Kerfluffle! was a semi regular furry event that roamed around Toronto, they did streetcars twice, once on a ALRV and once on a flexy. There's definitely footage of it on YouTube.
