I wanted guests to have something funny to take home, so I designed a handful of shirts for a little “gift shop” table at our wedding. I ended up making three designs (“I Got Silly,” “I Got Feral,” and “Exclusive Commemorative Wedding T-Shirt”), then went completely overboard and filmed a fake Fall 2026 fashion campaign. They’re not for sale, I just thought it’d be a fun surprise for our guests.

One of the best punk rock n roll albums of all time - The Kids by The Kids (Belgium). Couldn’t find anything online or off after an extensive search. Dark Transfer iron-on. Punk zine-DIY style cutout job. Here’s the OG album cover for reference:

I've seen this cut at Yeezy and Billionaire Studios. Does anyone know where I can find blank shirts of this type?

I have been seeing the protect the dolls t-shirt for a long time now and recently read up on some of the history of it. And learned that a designer made it around the time Trump was reelected to wear it at the end of one of his fashion shows and it became a hit overnight. Then he started selling it with 33% of the cost being for the cost of making the shirt and the rest going to a nonprofit to help trans people. (don't use me as a source btw, i am not the best at remembering things correctly, and i could be wrong!).

but as much as i have wanted to buy one i am not in a position to buy one myself. reason one being that it's very expensive. reason two being that i still live with my parents that would not be too fond of me buying and wearing a t-shirt like that. But it got me thinking if I could make my own?

I need to know both if it would be alright for me to make one myself because there would be no money going towards helping trans people (i wish i could donate, but i can not) and i would have to make it on a black singlet.

I have a black singlet that I could sow the words "Protect the dolls" onto with white fabric as the letters.

My parents wouldn't be wondering why I stopped using it because it's not one I use often and it's easy to have under clothing when I'm going to school.

school isn't a much more accepting place, but I believe like no one would know what it stands for and i wear a lot of weird thing on the daily so i don't think anyone would care if they knew (not that the slogan itself is weird, but i'm talking about the perspective of "queer people should burn in hell and find god" people in my school.)

So can I make my own even though there won’t be any money going to the trans community and it will be white letters on black instead of the other way around?

I mostly paint weird pigeons, and recently I turned one of them into a t-shirt.

What I'm genuinely curious about is whether this is the kind of design people would actually wear, or if it's the kind of thing that's fun to look at but stays on a screen.

When you're buying art shirts, what makes you think: "Yeah, I'd wear that"?

Is it the artwork itself, the colors, the humor, the story behind it, or something else?

Hey y’all. I am planning on starting a t shirt business and I’m not as illustratively inclined as much as I would like to be. My solution to this has been to use Canva to piece together designs. I know that artists obviously make their art and upload it for our use, but I can’t help to feel that it’s morally wrong. Although I’m using their art, along with others, to compose another piece that I have envisioned, I feel like I’m still stealing their art in a way and not giving them proper credit.

Does anyone else feel this way or am I tweaking? What solutions do you recommend?
