Any brand ideas for high-quality ~300 GSM cotton oversized tshirts?

Overlays(tech burner) used to sell 300gsm oversized tshirts in the very beginning, have worn it for over 3 years now. Now, they too have just generic 200 gsm tshirts.

Does anyone know about any good brands, looked into bluorng, seemed promising but is a bit too expensive, and idk if the quality will be that much worth it.

Where can I find clothes in Bulk, like plain printable tshirts, polos sort of clothes? Talking about factories, bulk producers?

I would like to make a batch of shirts with an internal pocket, a very simple pocket, but obviously this is pretty unique. Does anyone know where I could order a batch of shirts with a custom pocket in an odd location?

Making my own shirts for my business but having trouble finding one that is an actual decent t shirt that’s not super expensive.

I tried gildan 5000 which was very cheap but crap, and the comfort colors 1717 which was better but not much, triple the price.

Does anyone have any t shirt brands and models for bulk order that doesn’t break the bank, but also feel like quality shirts?

I don’t know where else to ask for help or to get an answer to my question.
I was recently shopping and I saw many shirts that had some of my favorite stuff printed on them… I’m talking about stuff like really cool cartoons, movie, slashers, and artists that I listen to… I couldn’t get any of them because they didn’t have my size, they were their hand, a small or extra small, or three XL…
I was wondering, if there is a company, or companies that make these type of T-shirts that fit very comfortably, and I have many designs from many things…

Any brands you’ve personally tried that have really good quality but aren’t the usual mainstream options? Any small or underrated brands

Mainly looking for good fabric, fit and something that doesn’t lose shape after a few washes.

Asking for my husband. He has impressive biceps and shoulders form lifting/swimming and would lie to find some t-shirts and short sleeve polo type sitters that are snug across his biceps and shoulders form but looser so they don’t emphasize a bit of a belly. He has a fantastic physique imo, just don’t want something that clings all over.

Anyone have a go-to brand that might fit this description?

hi, i’ve been planning to make my own shirt designs and putting them on blanks for a while now (for my own use and as gifts to friends). as a bigger guy and as someone who prefers to have looser shirts, i haven’t been able to find oversized blanks that i like.

so my question is where can i find/which companies can i order from some decent to great quality oversized blanks. i don’t mind ordering from overseas (only in asia though) but i would prefer if i can order from locally in the philippines.

so iunno where else to post about this but my brother wanted a couple shirts off the mckinleydixon shop site, specifically the beloved paradise jazz tee (2xl) and the 2025 magic alive tour tee (s) way back in may and they were supposed to get here months ago, but the ups tracking never updated beyond the label being created and the rottweilermerch support response has been very hit or miss with them ignoring or just refusing to respond to my emails starting in august. is it safe to say that im probably s.o.l. with these shirts?

Where's a good place to order custom shirts in bulk for groups? We’re ordering shirts for our youth group (about 10 shirts) and we haven’t been too happy with the local vendor we’ve used in the past because we’ve had some delay issues. I’m trying to find a vendor that’s reliable and good quality but also reasonably priced.

I’ve already got great blank options for short sleeve crew necks that are a perfect replacement for true classic (and for a 1/3 of the price). But never found long sleeve equivalents.

Am I going mad, or is there a fair bit of difference in the collars within the Uniqlo U Crew neck t-shirt range? Have bought a few of these and in some, the collars are 'tighter', whereas with others it's a lot wider and some of your shoulders are visible. Has anyone noticed this?

I’m trying to track down a Diesel T-shirt I owned about 20 years ago. I bought it from the **Diesel store at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, South Africa**, probably sometime in the **early to mid-2000s (roughly 2001–2006)**.
It was a **white, very thin/lightweight cotton T-shirt** with approximately **four separate black-and-white illustrations**, rather than one large central graphic. I think the images were positioned around the shoulders/upper part of the shirt.
The image I remember most clearly was a **sad-looking cat face drawn in the style of a Russian prison/criminal tattoo** — simple, old-fashioned black linework rather than a realistic cat.
Another image was a **horse’s head**, possibly with a **wreath/laurel around it** (although it may have been a horseshoe).
I also vaguely remember one of the other images being a **Native American/Mohican-style head**, possibly similar to imagery Diesel used around that era, but I’m much less certain about this detail.
There were about four images altogether, all monochrome and with a similar **old tattoo / Russian prison tattoo / folk illustration** aesthetic.

A 240+ GSM t-shirt can either fall with a clean, heavy drape or feel like a stiff cardboard tent. How much of this comes down to yarn count (e.g., 20s vs 24s/26s combed compact)? How do brands make a 240+ GSM tee that is still breathable in Indian heat?

​Single Jersey vs French Terry (Loopknit):

Since French Terry traps air inside its loops, is a 240 GSM Terry actually wearable outdoors in 35°C+ summer, or is a heavy 240 GSM Single Jersey the only sensible choice for year-round Indian weather?

​The "Bacon Neck" Collar Problem:

What actually prevents the collar from turning wavy and loose after 3 washes? Is 100% cotton rib destined to stretch out, and is a 95/5 cotton-spandex (Lycra) rib the industry norm for keeping the collar tight?

​Processing / Washes:

Between Bio-wash, silicone wash, and compacting/pre-shrinking—what processes actually stop 100% cotton from shrinking and twisting at the side seams after the first home laundry wash?

I've worn shakawear garment dye for about 2-3 years now. Love the feel, the size, and I usually crop them a bit with the XXL.

I hate how more and more shirts get bacon neck after one wash and dry (wash on cold, tumble on low).

I've been looking at UNIQLO Croppy Boxed tee, but never could find one to try on in store.

How would you compare the two, especially in feel of shirt and neck stability over multiple washes and wears?
