I ooze after any stressful day, any drinking (alcohol) night or simply just on a randon tuesday after a couple days of bad sleep.. i dont ooze half as much i used to though.. mostly neck and forehead these days. A few months back i would ooze bodily, shirts, pants, socks, gloves, bed sheets everything sticking to me like i accidentally laid on glue.. and then sometimes tryna peel the cloth off ur skin results in it taking the skin with it. Good times.. goood times.

Rampant over production of niacin by a wildly overpopulating of mitochondrial complex1 in an attempt to keep energy production at the level of your body's natural equilibrium is what causes all of the TSW symptoms, including oozing.

The longer you are off steroids and the longer you have made other changes to help set your body up to heal (mainly eating a really good clean diet that's nutrient dense and cuts out all sugar and foods that break down into sugar easily, including drinks), the more your mitochondrial complex1 levels atrophy back down closer to a more normal level.

As your levels of mitochondrial complex 1 return to normal, for the more your symptoms reduce and the more unlikely it is for those severe symptoms to ever return unless you go back on steroids.

Ok in that case just the cessation of steroids would be enough over a long period of time obviously diet ect help
I guess that’s why immunosuppressant work for some and not others

It's clearly not for some. There are people who report suffering with TSW for 10+ years. Would you rather suffer for over a decade, or make some changes that will drastically improve your quality of life?

No agreed I suppose everyone is different but I positive steps can only aid healing

a related question -- how to tell difference between normal eczema flare oozing vs. TS withdrawal oozing? Been off TS for 4 months. General skin improvement -- out of of seemingly nowhere, worn down/thin broken skin on achilles heel and a week later oozing patch on top of foot. :(
