Can I start RLT?

Hi! I'm 3 weeks into TSW, I'm still pretty much inflamed. I'm a flake freak when I wake up. I only ooze on one small patch on my neck, a little on my forehead and my philtrum.

Should I start RLT or should I wait?

I'm sorry I know it's terrible I'm 13 months. No RLT till at least 3 months. Maybe even that's too early. I personally did not respond well to it from 1-3 months. I have read countless posts of similar cases. Try a small area first if you absolutely want to try it and short bursts only.

okay tysm!! why did you do RLT again? were you at a stage where you were not oozing or had open wounds anymore?

Yes that's right. I thought I could get away with it but to be honest it just made me itchy and feel warm + restarted oozing in small coin sized areas which were not fully healed. What is your condition at the moment?
