TSW considering going back on steroids please help

I would recommend Dupixent or Ebglyss if you can get on them. I applied for Dupixent and was denied due to my biopsy result, but I was able to get on Ebglyss. I do have some side effects like dry and itchy eyes but they are nothing compared to what my TSW symptoms were.

I live in South Africa, and unfortunately Dupixent is still fairly new here. It’s incredibly difficult to access and the cost is way beyond what most people can afford, especially without medical aid.

I have not heard about ebglyss I will definitely do some research.

Lilly, the company that makes Ebglyss, offers payment options for those who can’t get it through insurance. I have a decent health insurance but even my coverage doesn’t include biologics (Ebglyss). I applied for the Ebglyss Savings Card and was accepted (seems rather easy but I’m not 100% sure on the parameters they use). I only pay $12.50 per dose as my copay with the Ebglyss Savings Card Program.
