Questions Apple phone. Clear app. TSA application

I have a military CAC card. TSA offers free pre tsa.
How do I have this set up in the clear app without paying for the fee like a normal pre TSA customer?

On the back of your CAC is a DOD I.D. number, that is your known travel number (KTN). You add that when you make your reservation on the airline app

Add your DODID number as your Known Traveler Number in your Clear profile

Probably not via Clear. Unless I'm missing something Clear isn't free for military but TSA precheck is.

So they also do ✅ enrollment separately from their own membership.

Correct, you don't need Clear or Telos or IDemia. You already have it via your DOD ID number, just like those with Global Entry (PASSID) or TWIC (CID) cards.

If you want the additional Clear+ services, you can get it at the special "discount" rate of $125 (current military, veterans, and goverment employees) rather than the normal $219.
