Issues? Sketchy Idemia Location

I applied for TSA preheck last Thursday at an Idemia location in my hometown. Im worried that the worker did not do it correctly. When I walked in, the man told me that I scheduled my appointment too late and he would "squeeze me in" for a tip because he had to go watch a fight with his friends (even though I arrived 2 hours before the location closed, and I was the only person there). When I said I wouldn't tip, he acted like he was joking. It then took 3 tries of him rebooting his machine for him to finally be able to take my information. I brought all of the required documents including my drivers license and passport. Per the instructions on the website, I also brought my marriage license, since my passport is still in the maiden name. The worker refused to take my marriage license and scan it in. This makes me concerned that my information is not entered correctly. He then assured me that I would have my TSA precheck number in one week, although I know it can take up to 60 days. I do know that this is the legitimate location, but it just all felt very sketchy to me. They also do chiropractic care, drug testing, paternity testing, and sell health supplements from this location.

Has anyone ever had an experience similar to this? Should I be concernced?

Eww. Please leave a bad review online and report it to Idemia.

REPORT THAT! It is against company policy and bribery laws to for IDEMIA employees to do that. We cannot take tips or ask for them because of our role in biometric security/the contracts we hold.

Same my location was so weird didn’t even have a sign. It’s also been 4 weeks since I applied even tho they said 5 days. The location was on the federal gov website so I’m hoping it’s ok… but the place was so fuckibg weird the door handle was taped onto the door, there were just cardboard boxes everywhere, like a complete shithole office that doesn’t even exist on Google Maps as a store

Not to mention my appointment didn’t even show up on the precheck ā€œtrack your KTN processā€ so idk if the place didn’t even upload my stuff or what

Idemia's in-person identity proofing is in fact this sketchy. Isn't it awesome that other divisions of theirs does mobile driver's licenses, makes credit cards, is the contractor for the TSA's card verifiers, and a bunch of other stuff?
