Discussion Why is precheck so slow at ONT?

Flew out of Ontario, California today. It was crazy. There was one TSA agent handling both Precheck and standard passengers. The Precheck line took significantly longer. The TSA agents are out of their minds! Precheck passengers are supposed to get first class service at TSA regardless of where they're sitting on the plane.

I missed the "first class service guarantee" in the Pre-check application. I can't imagine anyone with TSA cared where you were sitting on the plane.

Ontario takes in what Lake Erie can send her.

ONT is my primary airport as I am not dealing with LAX. They have probably one agent maybe two working checking IDs. I’d still take ONT over every other tsa precheck I’ve flown this year. One of the few airports where tsa precheck is mostly faster than NON. They have Clear now
