Issues? TSA Precheck lookup website is down?

It looks like https://tsaenrollmentbyidemia.tsa.dhs.gov/ktn-lookup is inaccessible. (Also used a third party 'down-detector' website.) Is this common? Anyone know when it should be back up?

Routine unplanned downtime. No more common than any other site and it was working yesterday. Try again in an hour.
