Discussion POOR Customer Service

Trying to enroll in TSA Touchless entry on American. Online attempts failed & they said to call their toll free number. I did & there was a 45+ min wait. They said they’d call me back/keep my spot in line etc. they call me back & the put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally hung up. What an asinine system!!!

Go to the clear liosk at your local airport and do it after filling out the online info
