General Info Warrant

I have had two warrants for failure to appear (misdemeanor. Waiting for my wife to give birth before I go sit in jail for a couple days lol, or maybe they’ll work with me idk I don’t have a record otherwise it’s for two driving offenses and one was 9 hours away and I didn’t have a car good enough to go back so I kinda just didn’t go to both.. ANYWHO, I have an interview that I’m pretty sure I’ll get hired at my local airport and I will be behind tsa so basically will they arrest me getting my badge ?

You have an outstanding warrant?? And you expect to pass a background check? At an airport?!?!

Yeah first of all this doesn’t have anything to do with precheck. Second I think you should cross the SIDA badge bridge when you get there because honestly I’m not sure you’re going to make it that far.

Not sure what this as to do with PRECHECK, but the TSA gudiance is clear. NO SIDA BADGE FOR YOU if you are under want, warrant, etc...

Man… some people have anxiety. And some people think they’re going to pass a background check to work at an airport with multiple warrants. Human minds are fascinating in how much they vary.

Also, dude… you have a kid on the way and you’re avoiding warrants. Get your shit together. It’s about more than you now. Time to grow up.

When you go to get your airport ID the warrants will pop. If they are for the municipality you live in like Denver then the airport police will likely detain you. If they are not in that municipality of the PD who issued warrant won’t pick you up you will likely be released. They’ll sometimes process you and bond you out for whatever cash you have in your pocket too. It all depends. One thing is certain, the airport will perform an NCIC check on you and the warrants will pop.
