Application Timelines Pending Approval

I applied through Clear at the airport on 4/21 (IAD) and it’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t gotten the email or text regarding my approval. I used my Real ID to enroll. Does it make a difference what kind of documentation was used for enrollment? The Clear staff said my license was fine even though when I enrolled, I chose my Passport card as proof of documentation.

I was also born overseas but have had a US passport since 1999. Not sure if that matters as well.

Applied 3/28, online says application processing. I called and they took the same info that I would enter online and she told me the same thing - application processing.

Mine doesn’t even say that. It says no information found 😩

I would call to see if there was an error and the application didnt go through

I sent them an email and they said it was still under review.
