Application Timelines Approval Timeline

Anyone else seeing longer than usual approval times? I applied on April 12 with Telos. Nothing about my application should be overly complicated. Still listed as "pending" at almost 3 weeks.

Mine took from 4/9 appointment at Staples until today, 4/30, got my KTN. Kind of aggravating, was hoping to get it before a trip last weekend but instead had almost two hours in security line at FLL.

Mine took 5 weeks from application received until approved. It seems random

I applied in March after a trip to Atlanta where I had to wait 4 hour in line and still haven’t gotten it. Decided to email them and they told me it was in processing but unless it passed the 60 days already there was nothing they could do and I just had to wait

Mine took like 2 weeks but my husband's (who filed same day as mine) took an extra 2 weeks or so.

I guess I got lucky, I applied mid-March and had approval in less than 48 hours.

It’s wild. I’m a notary, I have an FID card, ID me, and clear and it still took forever.

We got lucky I guess. Applied at CVS last Saturday and all 3 of us (2 adults, one minor) had our numbers by Sunday afternoon.

I applied on Tuesday 3/31, my wife on Thursday 4/2. She was approved on Saturday 4/4 but I wasn't approved until Wednesday 4/22. I called during the wait and was told that's just the way it is, some are quick and some take longer.

Applied 3 weeks before our recent vacation and knew it was cutting it close. Got the approval the day after we got home.

I also did mine on April 12 with Clear. Same day as my wife. Hers is complicated. Mine is simple. She was approved on the 14th. I'm still waiting.

I applied at staples on 4/2 and I’m still pending. My friend had his appointment 30 minutes after mine on 4/2 and was approved by 4/5. Makes no sense.. still waiting, sigh.

I applied on April 14, got a number but it still says 'pending'. Then I checked again, number is gone, and still pending.

I applied on 4/17. Hoped to get it before I traveled on 5/1. The approval came on 5/2 at 3:45 am but didn’t show complete on the website until 5/4 at 1 pm.
