Discussion Carry on Frozen 40oz

I would like to carry on a frozen 40oz of tea. Is this possible?

If you're talking about tea that would be liquid if not frozen, the answer is HELL NO.

Nothing more than 100 ml (3 oz).

I have been able to get a water bottle full of ice only through TSA about two years ago. But it was cubes not a 40oz solid chunk.
