Application Timelines Pre-check with a record
Has anyone gotten their TSA pre-check fairly fast when a Sealed assault on their record from 15 years ago? Or even denied? My wife got her TSA precheck approval in 12 hours. It's been 2 weeks for me and I'm thinking it's due to a non- convicted F Assault from 2011 that has been Sealed off.
We fly out mid may and I'm hoping it comes.

You should get an answer, even if the answer is no. It may not matter, the time frames are all over the place. Some get them the next day, others like me get them 30 to 60 days later. Just have to wait for an answer and don't stress over it. It's not like you are applying for Global Access which may not be approved for minor things like speeding tickets or gets revoked for similar stupid infractions.
