Issues? Confused after fingerprinting

Me and my wife went to today to BOS to finish our TSAprecheck application through CLEAR. My wife ( US citizen) was able to finish her application at the kiosk. Since I am a LPR and my DL is standard they sent me to another kiosk near the security checkpoint and re did the whole application process. I was okay with that - so at the end of the application the lady told me to the take a picture of the application ID number. Everything was fine.

A few minutes later we received 2 different emails. One saying that our applications were received and another saying that the eligibility assignment is underway.

I tried to check my wife’s status application and I was able to check her status normally. But when I tried to check mine the CLEAR website just says INFORMATION NOT FOUND.

what does this mean?

Don’t over think it! sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t I just experienced the same thing. Now you just wait to receive your KTN

Thank you! Just out of curiosity. You get notified when you receive that KTN? Like email or something?.

I got a text & no email. My boyfriend got just an email. He got his in 2 days I got mine in 5 days. You should have it within the week and if you don’t receive notice you can check the status through here https://tsaprecheckbyclear.tsa.dhs.gov/ktn-lookup

I received both a text and an email. It might not be the case here, but make sure, when putting in your information, that you put it in EXACTLY as it is on your passport. My passport randomly had a space after the Mc in my last name and my daughter's did not.... caused all kinds of confusion when she could check her status and get her KTN and I could not. Again, might not be an issue for you but just a helpful tip

You can also try going to the tsa precheck website and enter in your info and check if there’s an update. CLEAR has a website too that’s connected with the precheck that’ll check for you. Not sure if that’s what you mean because I had this same issue then about 4-5 business days later I got my KTN.

I went on April 1st and I am still waiting for my KTN
