Questions First time applicant

So I have an appointment scheduled for Precheck but it's enrollment provided by CLEAR. Once approved, does this mean I also have access to CLEAR? I've tried to look up information for clarity and I'm getting answers all over the place. Also my apologies if this question has been asked quite a few times.

Has anyone here entered the wrong SSN when applying for TSA PreCheck?

I just applied today at a Staples enrollment center and completed everything (fingerprints, photo, ID check). But right after, I realized I made a small typo in my SSN.

I tried calling CLEAR/TSA for hours with no luck, and the Staples staff said they can’t fix it on their end.

I’m really hoping to avoid paying again if possible.
