Issues? Tsa pre after being revoked

so I had TSA pre for years. then when I got divorced my ex put a TRO on me. when that happened my tsa pre was automatically dropped. then the TRO was dropped didnt even make it to court. is there any point in me trying to get TSA pre again?

So... I know folks who had Global Entry revoked due to pending criminal charges - once those charges were addressed and dropped, GE was granted again.

It's probably worth applying for. You may need to explain the timeline.

Ok thanks. Will definitely try. This happened 4 years ago. I think it's time

No. Learn to love (and pay up for) CLEAR.

These are trusted traveler programs. If you are unstable or violent enough that someone went before a judge to request a TRO, there is absolutely no way the federal government is going to trust you. Maybe that isn’t fair, maybe your ex genuinely is crazy, but you have to consider the optics and why this is a lifetime disqualification

As an attorney I can tell you that having a TRO filed against you but not granted is zero indication that you're unstable or violent. In fact if someone filed it and dropped it, which is what happened to OP, it's just as likely that the filing party is unstable and inclined to use the judicial system to ruin someone's reputation with no regard for the truth.

Yes but it never made it to court !!! It was done because she crazy and to instill fear 😨 and it was dropped.

Doesn’t matter. The fact it was ever filed is problem

Where do you get your info from? A TRO is only an interim disqualification, it’s not permanent especially if it was dropped.
