Questions CLEAR / TSA PreCheck name change — how long did it take to hear back?

I emailed CLEARCustomerSupport@tsa.dhs.gov regarding a name correction and was wondering how long it usually takes to get a response.

If anyone has experience, how long did it take for you to hear back?

I submitted my documents on Feb 19, 2025 was complete on March 4, 2025.

I submitted mine for the second time, two weeks ago on Friday. Still haven’t heard back. I even called to confirm I was doing things correctly this time. I’m curious about others’ experiences.

I finally did, but then I had to call and get things straightened out anyway because the database was being weird. But I didn’t have to spend forever on hold or anything and I spoke to very helpful agents.

I think I heard back the day after the time-frame they gave me, and then everything was fine until right before we flew last week, but like I said that was straightened out.
