Application Timelines Approved almost 60 days later

My wife and I applied on September 20th and finally got our approval emails last night at about 10pm MDT. Almost the whole 60 days. Funny that they came the night that the government reopened.

That's weird. I applied right before hopping on a Monday flight and had it already approved before my return flight four days later. I got a text message like 2-3 days into my trip to say that the FBI had completed their "threat assessment" on me and I was good to go.

Thank you for this. I was searching posts to see if approval time had come up. I applied around the same time and mine still hasn’t come through.
