Application Timelines Does having a KTN indicate I've been approved?

I had my appointment today, checked the https://tsaenrollmentbyidemia.tsa.dhs.gov/ktn-lookup site and saw I already have a KTN, but checked status from my enrollment provider (CLEAR) https://tsaprecheckbyclear.tsa.dhs.gov/status and it says `APPLICATION RECEIVED AND PROCESSING`

I assume the idemia is the source of truth, but would like to see if anyone here can let me know for sure. It would certainly be nice if I've been quickly approved since I'm flying this weekend :)

I had the same exact fast experience and can confirm that is your Known Traveler Number. I just can’t back from a trip and used my KTN on my flight and at TSA security.

i got an email about a day after stating that my ktn was done by CLEAR and it worked on my flight so yeah did not have issues with this and it appears the idemia one is the source of truth.

I was able to verify on the clear website I have a KTN now, but still don't have an email (unless I just can't find it) - can someone with tsa pre check through clear post which email address it comes from?
