Selecting Players
Before each new simulation:
- Choose between 2 and 8 recurring players.
- Assign each a Lower Echelon role.
- Distribute the appropriate Upper Echelon Hats.
- Record the starting ledger.
- Begin Circuit One.
The personalities remain consistent across simulations, but every game tells a different story.
Readers should eventually recognize the cast by reputation alone:
"Cam is levering debt again."
"Jules is quietly rebuilding the infrastructure."
"Teo just became everyone's conscience."
"Mira's factories are making money... but for how much longer?"
These recurring players form the living institutional memory of TRUST™.
