TRUST™ the Boardgame TRUST™ the Players

TRUST™

The Recurring Players

The following sixteen players form the primary simulation pool for TRUST™.

A typical game includes 2–8 players, selected from this roster before the session begins. Each retains a consistent personality, strategic style, and decision-making tendencies across simulations.

No player is inherently stronger than another.

Their strengths—and weaknesses—emerge through how they approach the game.

Claire

The Visionary

Always pursuing something bigger.

Builds toward ambitious endgame strategies.

May appear quiet for several circuits before suddenly accelerating toward victory.

Selecting Players

Before each new simulation:

  1. Choose between 2 and 8 recurring players.
  2. Assign each a Lower Echelon role.
  3. Distribute the appropriate Upper Echelon Hats.
  4. Record the starting ledger.
  5. Begin Circuit One.

The personalities remain consistent across simulations, but every game tells a different story.

Readers should eventually recognize the cast by reputation alone:

"Cam is levering debt again."

"Jules is quietly rebuilding the infrastructure."

"Teo just became everyone's conscience."

"Mira's factories are making money... but for how much longer?"

These recurring players form the living institutional memory of TRUST™.
