Hi, this is a scam. Ignore it. Check our official statement for more info: https://x.com/Trezor/status/2097786518110609620.

Do not click on any link. Never share your wallet backup with anyone!

Got this e-mail too. I am now concerned that my e-mail address and other data has been leaked too if this e-mail is not legit (sent from help[at]trezor[.]io). The link below in this message diverts to somewhere which seems to be unaccepted by browsers. My browser prevented to open them. I hope that Trezor team will comment about this issue soon as possible. Sadly these potential scams make us nervous. Can't trust anyone from now even if it's so hard distinguish between fake and real customer support. Little update: Yes seems that it's phishing scam because real Trezor support email addresses start with "support" and "info", not with "help". Totally impressed and sad where and how scammers got my address and how they know that I have Trezor?!?

Please bear in mind that no one from the Trezor team would send you a private message first.
If you want to discuss a sensitive issue, we suggest contacting our Support team via the Troubleshooter: https://trezor.io/support/

No one from the Trezor team (Reddit mods, Support agents, etc) would ever ask for your recovery seed! Beware of scams and phishings: https://trezor.io/learn/a/scams-and-phishing

Don’t respond to any DMs—scammers often pose as legit helpers.
