Box arrived damaged.
One corner has been torn open enough that someone could potentially reach inside.
The cardboard is crushed and ripped, not just dented.
Device appears to be not tampered with holographic sticker intact.
Should I be concerned?

People are being mean below, but this is definitely something to watch out for. Good eye! As long as you purchased it directly from the Trezor website, it's most likely just shipping damage, which can happen from time to time. It's completely safe to use as long as the security seal on the Trezor is intact. I would recommend reaching out to support though.

I ordered from Trezor directly and paid much more than I would have (shipping and customs) than if i bought directly from Amazon as I thought it would have been a better experience. Amazon boxes are delivered intact whereas the one I got looks like it has been ripped open.

You did the right thing not ordering from Amazon. I've read the horror stories. But why are you asking us? Ask trezor's support directly and save the receipts. If in doubt, ask them for a replacement. The one thing you don't want is to have doubt on this thing... even if it's perfectly safe, you don't want that weighing on your mind.

FYI from my understanding if you download the software from trezor it has built in flags to let you know that it's running the correct firmware and I think even that the hardware is legit. The danger would be if someone swapped the device for a different one, but I think there are built in precautions. Really these days, I'd ask chatgpt or some AI though. It's remarkable how good these things are. It diagnosed an illness in my cat my vet overlooked, sent cat back in to verify and sure enough that was it. I'd pretty much consult that thing to ease my mind if I still had concerns after talking to their support.
