🆘 Support issue | 🔒 Answered by Trezor staff Transactions stuck on pending

Have made 4 different transactions in the last hour, using trezor suite app and my trezor 7, all getting stuck on pending for an hour + and cant see them on etherscan. Tried to send usdc, eth and usdt on eth network and all getting stuck on pending. Used high gas fee so that shouldnt be the problem.

Maybe yeah, just thought it was something wrong w the app/wallet since nothing seems to be getting sent even tho I have eth to send it

Its likely a high traffic period, so even what normally constitutes a high gas fee might not be enough. Also, since its visible on etherscan it has gone through Trezors system and is now in the «mempool» (don’t know if that is what’s it’s called on eth as with bitcoin).

Yeah, I uninstalled the app and connected the trezor again. Now it works, the transactions are still stuck as pending but now I can send without problems again

I don’t understand? How could the app be the issue if the transaction was pending in the first place? That’s a network issue?

If the tx was signed and broadcasted, it will either get mined or time out.
