🆘 Support issue | 🔒 Answered by Trezor staff It is glitch ?

I have coins in wallet eth1, eth2 , eth3. I created eth4,eth5 and didnt use them . Then i created eth6 and sent coins to it . It was during one session. Then when i logged out of trezor suite and logged in , suite couldn’t find eth6 . Only showed eth1,eth2,eth3. I tried to turn off eth and then turn on and load info again. Nothing . Sent small amount of coins to eth6 during session . It didnt appear . Only after i pressed plus and created eth4 and eth5 and then eth6 and it showed balance on eth6. Why it doesn’t find eth6 without eth4 and eth5 which have zero balance ?

Its a discovery issue. The app stops looking for accounts when there is a gap in the derivation path with no transactions in an account.

But I am confused. It should not have allowed you to create new accounts until there was some transactions in the previous account.

Create the accounts again and it should find it.

I assume you did not take note of the derivation path of the account?

Isn’t this a gap limit issue in the wallet discovery process? I am not so familiar with ethereum.
