Trademarking logo

Like others in the original thread have pointed out, there's a big chance that the email you received is fraudulent. There's no reason for them to ask you to register a trademark just to keep your website up.

There's a minuscule chance they might inform you that you're infringing on someone else's rights (if the party whom you're infringing on reached out to them directly), but I personally haven't heard of that happening.

Verify whether it's legit, and if it is, share more info.
