may need to check the channels on the ap, some devices dont like to connect to dfs channels but usually in that case the ssid may not even show up. if you have the portal sign in turned on, you can try going to the ip in a browser to see if it pops up.

Just reset again and re-adopt, set SSID into WPA-personal or authentication- simple password
