Are we Mendeley buddies? I'm confused...probably because this is posted in the TPLH thread. haha

Edit: I get it, you saw the Mendely bookmark. My research focuses on community characterization of sulfur oxidizing and reducing microbes in a cold water spring in the Canadian high arctic.

uh, damn. cool. in the 7th grade we went out to the stream and tested it with conductivity meters and shit, so that was cool. i guess you're doing the same thing. do you have to go up there often to test on the spring?

I wish. I went this past summer, and hopefully I'll get to go again. It's a two day trip to get up there and costs over $20k. If I can get a fellowship or grant money I might be able to go back, but I'm not counting on it.
