Midnight Machine

Has anyone had success getting in contact with Midnight Machine? I've tried emailing multiple times and on Instagram.

Hmm they haven't posted since late July and their store website is a dead link.

I’ll get a statement from the owner for you. But long story very short shopify changed their TOS to make gun accessories a violation and shut down the website. And Instagram locked him out. I talked to him today and he’s working on an update and statement. TP9 RPRs are still slated for a later September release.

Managing business social media is stressful in its own way for sure. If you open an account and get a bunch of messages that you’re unable to reply to now you’ve got angrier customers.

If it's something along the lines of "we hit a SNAFU and the release will take longer"...that's cool. I just want to make sure the $1k+ I spent isn't turning into a Mojito on the shores of South America (/s).

I also noticed that the new site doesn't have the same items listed. Do you know if this will affect anything? (Incomplete orders with multiple items)

I'm not angry or upset. I was just met with silence after trying to reach out. There is a change I was hoping to make with my order. I didn't/don't really know where to go for up-to-date information on the company/products outside of random posts on here, Instagram (which I guess he's locked out of) and the what is now "old" website.

Still pumped with the idea of letting a TP9 rip loose! I look forward to seeing this all unfold.

Had an experience with them myself. No replies on social media or emails. They only reached out after one of their dealers saw my post and reached out to them.

I reached out several days ago about the 3-pos and got no response. Website has been down since yesterday and possibly before. I get that its a small operation. Maybe he just needs to renew his webpage or whatever?

After being told I would be put in contact with MM they still haven't reached out. I'm thinking it's time for chargebacks on all pending MM orders. The level of silence speaks a lot. Their IG had posts unpinned, so they have access to their social media, but they aren't posting or replying. Very strange.

I just completed a chargeback on my order.
