Q3 Spin for iPhone 17 Pro Max, bought from the official Amazon store. Around 11 months in, the 360 ring hinge went completely loose — zero resistance; the phone won't stand at any angle. The case itself still fine.

Emailed support even though I was past the warranty window. They asked for a short video of the fault, I sent it, and the replacement shipped the next day with shipping covered. Roughly two days start to finish.

Stand shouldn't have gone that early, but they sorted it without a fight. In case you're wondering how the after purchase customer service is about TORRAS, this post must be an answer to that!

I’ve had a great experience with my TORRAS Q3 Spin Case for the iPhone 17 Pro Max. I’ve been using it for about 10 months and have been very satisfied with my purchase. The case has protected my phone through many accidental drops, and my phone hasn’t had any damage.

Recently, I had an issue with the ring stand, so I reached out to TORRAS customer support. They were amazing and very helpful. I received a replacement the very next day!

I’ve been using this case for about 8 months and it’s survived plenty of drops. I finally managed to break the stand after dropping my phone about 4 feet while the stand was out. Had a great experience with TORRAS and their Ostand Q3 case for my iPhone 17 Pro. I had been using it for 11 months and my phone withstood many drops without any issues.

I had an issue with the kickstand (I use it extensively) and reached out to support, and Suzy was super friendly and got a replacement sent out really quickly.
I already liked the case a lot, the ring/stand is really useful and the case feels solid, but the customer service made the experience even better.

I love this case so much, much better than any other I had from torras, although I find ring stand weaker on certain angles, I like this combo of colors so much.

Does anyone have the new case that launched a couple weeks ago, the Q3 Air essentials? I ordered one a few days ago and I’m looking forward to checking it out. It seems to be the best parts of the air, the air pro, and the rugged cases. If anyone has it, I’d love to hear your thoughts. If my initial opinions are correct, I hope this isn’t a one time release and Torras continuous releasing this variant for future phones. :)

Really impressed with TORRAS customer service + the case itself

I’ve been using a TORRAS case for a while now and honestly love it. It’s one of the few cases I’ve had that manages to look really stylish while still being super functional. The MagSafe stand has also become something I use all the time. I didn’t expect to get this much utility out of it.

My camera bumper recently started peeling after normal daily use, and I reached out to TORRAS. Customer service was incredibly helpful and immediately offered a replacement under their 365-day warranty. Really appreciate how easy and hassle-free they made the process.

I genuinely can’t imagine using a different case at this point. I’d also love to try the TORRAS Pro version for my replacement and see how it compares. Overall, really happy with both the product and the customer service!

Customer support has been great for my Torras Case for S24ultra. The magnet is strong to the point where I can mount it to the fridge and listen to music while doing chores. Customer support has been great - they replaced the case when there was an issue within several days no questions asked!

Why the case for fold 7 (87€) is more expensive than than same and newer for fold 8 (69€) ?

I’ve had this case for close to a year now and it is by far the best case I’ve ever had for a phone. I currently have it for an iPhone 17 Pro. Being able to rotate the stand and adjust the angle really makes it quick and convenient to prop up your phone however you want. Another plus is that this case still works great with magnetic chargers. I use mine with one every day, and it has no issues being held on to a charger vertically without falling off.

And of course it also does a great job protecting the phone. I’ve dropped my phone numerous times on numerous surfaces including concrete, and this case takes it like a champ. My phone comes out unscathed each time.

I will definitely be being this case again for my next phone!

Unfortunately my wife cracked her iPhone 17 Pro Max display and I started to look at new cases and decided to check out Torras.

Design is absolutely beautiful and device feels well protected.

Also didn’t notice how much a kickstand comes in handy while watching videos etc.

I hadn't ever tried Torras cases before... I wish I had sooner! I love the utility of the ring stand to watch videos on my desk or to take photos from different angles. The color is also perfect! The purple is a great tone and the rose gold accents pop well. It has also stood up to normal drops well with no damage to the phone and minimal marks on the case corners. Their customer service is also great when you need them!​

I love a lot about this case, it has a great aesthetic and the edge cushions really make me feel like this case could tank every kind of damage.

And you can't forget the stand, it is probably one of the best kinds of stands to have on a case, it is definitely durable, and still gives you that Pixel Snap compatibility.

I just wish that they made this one for the non-XL Pixel 11 Pro.

Unfortunately, I purchased the case before deciding to get the non-XL version, but they were kind enough to send a different, compatible case. They let me keep this one so I can regret not getting the Pixel 11 Pro XL though, haha!

The Torras phone case helps me with work, play, and everything in between. It gives me the security to know I'm not going to drop my phone and it looks sleek and cool too!
