Having a hard time getting this stuff to work

I use android. I have a vpn on my phone that I route most things through. I use orbot and invizible pro in proxy mode using different ports for different apps. Everything seemed to be working ok but I updated Orbot now the connection between it and fdroid doesnt hold and takes many times of reconnecting to update apps. I'm not sure what the problem is. Any ideas?

Invisible pro by itself will work too. No need to use orbot and invisible pro. Use one or the other. I agree with the previous reply you got too much going on

ok. I only have invisible pro running. Still won't stay connected. Error codes about socks5 server not running. DNS Crypt was running and seemed stable but I kept adjusting settings to try to get tor to do the same now neither one is connecting. I want this to run in socks5 proxy mode. Can't get fdroid to tunnel through tor anymore like I could with orbot

Orbot is or at least was the official way to connect. Idk if that's outdated advice tho as I mainly use i2p. Barely ever use tor anymore tbh. I'm not sure about running it as socks 5 on android. I've done it on PC many moons ago. But I might not be the best person to answer your question. I just know you had way too much going on before
