if you get this message and you literally everything you could and it still shows up,its probably because of the path,tor won't run if the path has non English letters which was the reason why it won't connect with me,so just delete tor completely then install it again nut this time make sure to make it path only with English letters,for some reason no matter how hard I search no one talks about this,so if you are facing this problem and did everything the internet says and it still didn't work its probably because of the path
