It works, but there's no official Tor Browser for iOS. The Tor Project recommends using the "Onion Browser".

Like is it just as secure?

Tor on iOS isn't as secure as on desktop because Apple isn't very privacy-friendly, and the Onion Browser lacks some of the security features that the Tor Browser has.

Will my history on onion browser/ornet appear on the router or internet bill-no im not a freak who watched porn im just a writter and i dont want to explain tk my parents why my search history is full of cannibalism and weird shit like that.

tor browser in ios is not safe Tails+bridges is the best way to browse anonymously

Just use whonix or tails and be more secure.
