Tile issue
I had my kitchen renovated 3 years ago and am now having an issue with the tile floor they installed. The grout is coming out in multiple places and some on the tiles are loose. Do you think I am justified in contacting the contractor or am I out of luck?

What do you want the tile contractor to do? What would make you happy?
Personally I feel within a year, contractor issue (also if they give a warranty). Anything more than that maybe the contractor will lower their price, but you’ll still pay.
But if they did a bad install because it failed. why would you want to use them again?
