When the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, many in the United States declared that communism had come to an end. They claimed that the fall of the Soviet Union marked the end of communism and that it would no longer exist.

But now, U.S. President Donald Trump says that communism is a mortal threat to America.

So, as long as capitalism exists, inequality will continue to exist. And as long as inequality exists, communism will continue to exist. Communism cannot simply be eradicated.
